Working closely with the customer, responsible for the operational service and efficiency of the site, setting the site vision, ensuring performance targets, health and safety standards, cost management objectives are met as well as leading the culture and employee engagement and people strategy for the site. Leading a Senior Leadership Team including 6 direct reports covering Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, Finance and HR and for between 3500 and employees during peak periods
