   Responsible for planning and executing estimates for EPC projects. Duties include developing estimates, supervising the estimating team, presenting the estimate to management and client representatives, and reviewing the estimate with engineering discipline to ensure the scope of work is correct. Duties also include preparing estimate plans, estimate basis, preparing indirects, escalation analysis, and contingency analysis. • Venture Global CPLNG Project, 10 MMTPA Liquefaction Nature Gas Plant with associated Offsites and Utilities including a 700 MW Power Plant, LNG Storage and Loading, a Jetty and a Marine Offloading Facility. • Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) PMC Project KBR provided Project Management and technical Support, as well as interface Management for the Jazan Refinery, Terminal and IGCC complex. • Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle FEED KBR provided Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) services, four ITB packages, and four ACCE estimates for the Jazan IGCC Project situated adjacent to the 400 MBPD Jazan Refinery and Terminal. • Jazan 400 MBPD Refinery and Marine Terminal FEED KBR provided Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) services and nine ITB packages with nine ACCE estimates for the Jazan Grassroots Refinery & Terminal Project. • KiOR – Feasibility Study 1500 TPD BCC Unit 2 x 4500 BPD Hydrotreater Trains, Offsites & Utilities, Newton, Mississippi.(ACCE used) • Shaybah – NGL Recovery and Debattlenecking Facilities located in Shaybah Field, Saudi Arabia.(ACCE used) • PetroSA – Project Mthombo BPSD Grassroots Refinery, Coega Industrial Zone (IDZ) Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa (ACCE used) • Hunt Refining Company - Black Warrior Project, BPD Expansion, Tuscaloosa, Alabama
