As a the Managing Director for Absolute Consulting Group Inc, or as any key element in a management position for a company, the responsibilities in my perspective, cannot be limited to certain duties but rather the pursuit of a never ending student mentality that requires constant innovative strategies to drive progress for the business and employee profitability. Disregarding the necessary and essential skill of \"wearing all the hats\" any true successful business professional must already have, my core responsibility is to develop different methods to adequately develop our qualified employee\'s into management positions. My objective and one of the top priorities in my life, is to provide the necessary tools, coaching and training to open the doors for future business professionals.• Responsible for spearheading the expansion and implementation of plans for rapid growth of a new regional territory to build customer acquisition and retention.• Monitor and analyze marketing activity against goals, providing suggestions for enhancing marketing/ sales performance based on KPIs.• Works with HR to manage all aspect of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to ensure appropriate staffing, skills sets and capability.• Develops policies, procedures and business processes that drive a culture of consistency, dependability, and reliability.• Drives all aspects of the performance process including, annual objectives, goal setting, mid-year and end of year performance reviews and disciplinary action plans.
