My current duties involve maintaining and repairing all the facilities. Instilling a friendly and professional working relationship with the tenants and outside vendors. The ongoing update of all preventive maintenance and safety programs. Manage all contractors and vendors for the properties. Monitor and direct the cleaning crew. Implement and maintain all fire and safety programs and equipment.Other duties include painting,electrical,plumbing, and hvac repairs. Operate B.A.S. system for hvac and lighting.
