My career has been built around one thing, helping people solve high-stakes problems.I served over a decade in law enforcement, including as a Field Training Officer and Academy Instructor, where calm decision making in high stress environments, clear communication, and accountability weren\'t optional. I later transitioned into SaaS, where I\'ve spent several years supporting various complex products, managing high performing support teams, and working with primarily enterprise customers, helping them through complex challenges.I live in the Metro-Atlanta area with my wife, daughter, and our two dogs. I enjoy taking our tiny camper to the mountains and watching my daughter compete in equestrian competitions. Photography is my passion outside of work, which I discovered in 2021, focusing on equestrian portraits and individual portraiture.
