I have 25 years experience in the water industry. Beginning in operations, managing front line teams and developing broad wastewater experience before moving into project management to deliver company wide operational change and efficiency projects. For the last 12 years, I have focused my expertise on strategy development. As Head of Bioresources Strategy at United Utilities, I led the company submission to Ofwat in 2019 for the bioresources business. In the last 5 years, I have extended my leadership at a national level, where I have collaborated with environmental and economic regulators and wider stakeholders to tackle the sectors’ most pressing challenges, including the national strategy for bioresources. Now as Director of Strategy at Grieve Strategic, I will continue to offer leadership through services to the water and waste sectors, supporting strategy and planning functions as well as operational delivery and regulatory relations.
