I am licensed civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in the provision of consulting services for residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial and institutional planning, design, permitting and construction administration services. Every project requires a precise articulation of goals and requirements for the development of a process and game plan for project completion. I enjoy the communication and articulation of project goals and requirements, but I get ecstatic with the flawless execution of the game plan bringing the project to completion and therefore satisfied cliental.My goal for the immediate future is to expand my involvement in water, wastewater and storm water infrastructure master planning, development and construction. The nation’s public utility infrastructure is in great need of repair and improvement. This utility infrastructure along with transportation is the economic foundation of our communities. Efficient, cost effective, sustainable utility infrastructure is my passion. I am also very interested in environmental regulations and treatment design for water and wastewater systems. I am also looking forward to an active involement in the following organizations: WEF, PNCWA, ORACWA, RCACSpecialties: DEQ WPCF Permiting negociations.
