ABOUT RICHARD BOWSHER

I’m the Compliance Manager for PassivUK and the FIT Processing manager for Passivs subsidiary company arto.energy. In these roles, I create and provide clear and concise reports for Senior Management, provide 2nd line support for our technical department and manage a FIT processing team being the main point of contact for Ofgem and our FIT Generators. I am also the companies Salesforce Administrator and manage and maintain all Support Documentation.Before Joining Passiv I worked for several large Blue chip companies like RBS, LG Electronics and Prudential gaining invaluable experience on how to be a successful and skilled professional.I’m truly passionate about my work and I’m always striving to improve myself, I enjoy helping fellow colleagues, find it natural to boost team morale and believe no challenge is too difficult.I love statistics and take pleasure in creating simple-to-read reports from complicated raw data, I think I may have some sort of reporting OCD!I believe the little things all add up to create success like preparation, organisation, hard work and treating everyone with respect.I am open to connecting with like-minded individuals and any other former colleagues I have had the pleasure to work with so please feel free to contact me if you would like to connect via Linkedin.
