ABOUT RICHARD BOWKETT
I am a highly motivated and skilled individual who started my career in renewables in Oct 2010, I started as a Trainee Installer quickly moving onto Lead Technician running the jobs and other installers. My other roles have been Site Manager and also Senior Site Supervisor building 5MW string inverter sites across England. I currently am an Engineering Team Leader, managing 3 Engineers across England and Wales with a portfolio of 122MW across 9 sites, I am personally responsible for 52MW both central inverter sites that are Schneider 34MW and Bonfiglioli inverters 18MW. I am currently trained in the maintenance of SMA, Schneider and Power Electronics central inverters and have a good working knowledge of all the inverters, also fault finding repair etc across all of the 9 sites. I have also just completed and passed my High Voltage Authorised Persons Course and I am classed as AP1 and have recently been switching on my 33kv site in Swindon.
