Hi! I\'m Richard - a talent and organization consultant working in Accenture\'s strategy practice. I help organizations facilitate change & develop happy, high-performing leaders + teams. My work focuses on culture transformations, change management, operating model design, and leadership development. I leverage principles of behavioral science and design thinking to improve how individuals, teams, and organizations work.
