   Richard’s graduate work emphasized methods for studying human behavior in political, organizational, and family systems. He has taught intercultural, organizational and interpersonal communication, conflict management, and health policy and politics at the University of South Florida, la Universidad de las Americas (Mexico), the University of Texas, the University of Illinois-Chicago, Governors State University (Illinois), and the University of Central Florida.Richard enjoys substantial knowledge and experience as a student of organizational behavior and as a methodologist for qualitative and quantitative research. While working for the American Hospital Association, he led national research projects on health system improvement, hospital merger and closure, community-oriented primary care, collaboration in response to federal policies and reform effort, and process re-engineering. In he established Richard Bogue & Affiliates as a consultancy focused on improving governance and collaboration for health system improvement.With the establishment of Courageous Healthcare, Inc. a health care consulting firm, Richard Bogue & Affiliates now serves primarily as a privately held holding company for intellectual properties and other assets.
