   December 1, 2009: I was hired as temporary employee working on a project scanning personnel files into DocuWare. June 2010: I was hired full-time and began a Human Resources training program. I started in the Payroll department processing payroll. I worked my way up to processing payroll for 550 employees weekly. May 2012: I was transferred to the Benefits department and worked with the Benefits team auditing our benefits programs, travelling to newly acquired dealerships and for Open Enrollment, and developing a new employee website using WordPress. April 2013: I was promoted to Associate HR Manager for Group 1\'s Business Support Center and was responsible for recruiting and employee relations for 350-400 employees. I also hired and trained a HR administrator and my eventual replacement at the Business Support Center after my promotion to Georgia.March 9, 2015: I was promoted to HR Manager for Group 1\'s dealerships in Atlanta and Columbus, GA and Miami, FL. November 12, 2018: I gained the HR responsibilities for Group 1\'s New Jersey and Maryland dealerships.November 9, 2021: I was promoted to Regional HR Director for Group 1\'s East Region.
