Richard is a Managing Director in the valuation team at Alvarez & Marsal\'s and leads their European valuation and business modelling group. Richard’s experience includes a variety of valuation assignments. He has been responsible for the preparation of portfolio valuations and reviews for fund managers, reports in cases of expert witness and determination, working on numerous accounting and tax advisory engagements and valuations for merger and acquisition activity. He joined A&M in 2014 and has more than 20 years experience of undertaking valuations for a diverse range of public and private clients. Richard is a member of the Securities and Investments Institute and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
