I am a patent attorney who holds degrees in computer and electrical engineering. My practice focuses on post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and related patent litigation. I have been counsel in over 170 PTAB proceedings—including inter partes reviews, post-grant reviews, and covered business method reviews. I have also been counsel in dozens of related Federal Circuit appeals.
