Leadership of the internal Talent Acquisition Team in the development of TAS strategic objectives throughout Europe and Australia by developing, tracking and being accountable for a global, accurate and efficient TAS process (sourcing, selection, hiring) to support our internal Business units. Partner with local Talent Acquisition Managers to help implement the defined sourcing strategy to attract right talent for the roles. Focus on direct sourcing and reducing agency spend thus resulting in effective cost per hire Driving and implementing efficient and cost-effective recruitment and selection programs that are in line with corporate TAS guidelines to source top talents. Providing services covering specific areas of Recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment KPI’s/metrics, and/or other Recruitment services.
