Common Design E2E mapping for a significant new food customer start up. Change management to prepare a large single customer site to move to multi customer. Actively sponsored the successful implementation Nulogy IT manufacturing system. This project came in under budget. Exceeded 2023 Packaging Solutions EBIT budget. Oversight of planning and coordination of DHL\'s first packaging exhibition in many years in Feb 2024.
