The scope of the project included the replacement of the door control and monitoring systems, all existing intercom and public address systems, programmable logic controllers, video management systems and storage, and installation of approximately 200+ new cameras across both facilities. Nov 2022 - Mar 2024Managed $1.5M HCAI Tenant Improvement project to provide waterproofing on existing hospital building, installation of neg-air exhaust fan in the emergency department, and install of memorial signage on an Alameda County Hospital. Provided key communications to all stakeholders resulting in expedited decisions and responses to time-sensitive RFIs, Submittals, and Permits. Expedited HCAI inspections to facilitate the contractor in crashing key project schedule activities.
