This role includes business-wide training consultations and analysis, professional coaching and mentoring, creating bespoke and tailored learning interventions, the design and development of training, training delivery and leading several projects. All of these are carried out internally and for a prestigious list of global clients with training delivered throughout Europe and the Middle East.\\\\n\\\\nWorking at all levels throughout the firm I specialise in management, talent and Board level development. I also lead several strategic projects and have recently consulted on the creation and implementation of a firm-wide talent management programme, leadership curriculum and a change management initiative.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
