ABOUT RICHARD ALLEN
Richard has over 16 years of experience advising businesses and individuals on how to avoid and resolve commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on conventional and renewable energy, commodities, infrastructure and aviation. He has represented clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation.
