I am a business development manager looking after a panel of financial advisers who sell our protection products (IP, CIC, LIFE etc). I develop new relationships with advisers whilst being a reliable source of training, sales and technical expertise for my existing and developed relationships. My experience as an adviser in my previous roles means that I apply a philosophy of \"what did I want from my BDM?\". Thus far it has served me well and I have a very productive panel!
