Whilst I have experience and qualifications in various areas of a business, I have realised that getting the customer experience right is important. Everything needs to be aligned towards that, and if we get it right, profit, market share, and an engaged workforce is very likely to follow. I have learned that processes in a business need to be aligned to giving the customer the best experience we can offer. My role now is to ensure that the administration and financial procedures, all align with the experience we want our customers to enjoy.
