Initial phase includes the construction of an electrical utility substation pad, a retention pond, temporary site roads, walk paths, parking, laydown and logistics areas. Data Center Project includes installation of permanent underground utilities - telecomm, power, water, storm and sewer to support the campus when completed; Data Center is s.f. PEMB with phased delivery of five (5) COLOs and an Administration/Support Wing totalling 48 MW with a 2023 scheduled delivery.
