   Supply Chain/Ops program lead for brand new cloud-based service categories: PC-as-a-Service and Printer-as-a-Service programs. Responsibilities include driving cross functional operational excellence while ensuring customer delight in support of B2C delivery subscription service. As the business unit supply chain/ops lead, I work with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Customer Support, Operations, NPI, CRM, to enable optimized service solution, new products, and profitable growth- Beta Program lead: spanning two dozen functions, and hundreds of contributors, was responsible for running Beta program that validated state of SW and order fulfillment infrastructure, in a production environment with real customers.
