I am a seasoned geophysicist with over 17 years of global experience spanning exploration, development, production, and R&D. With a PhD in Rock Physics from Stanford University, I specialize in seismic interpretation, rock physics, and subsurface integration—enhanced by data science and machine learning to drive innovation in seismic inversion, reservoir characterization, and geohazard risk assessment.My career has taken me across complex basins including the North Sea, Angola, Nigeria, India, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caspian Sea, where I’ve led high-impact projects and translated technical insights into strategic business outcomes. I’ve supported M&A evaluations, licensing rounds, and deepwater well planning—bridging subsurface complexity with commercial clarity.Beyond technical delivery, I am deeply committed to volunteering and leadership. I served on the SPE London Board during a critical industry downturn, guiding strategy, communications, and member engagement. These roles honed my ability to influence without authority, build consensus, and lead initiatives that support both organizational goals and professional development.In my current role, I’ve extended this ethos by launching the Women in Subsurface—Pune chapter, designing inclusive engagement programs aligned with bp’s DE & I strategy.
