As an Associate Lecturer at the Click Start Peckham Digital Accelerator Zone (DAZ), I teach Web Development, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence to young adults from black and ethnic minority backgrounds in South London. This 15-week course is designed to help participants gain the digital skills they need to succeed in the tech industry. I also mentor and support learners who are passionate about technology but currently looking for work, helping them use their new skills to solve local problems and improve the community. By working closely with the UAL Creative Computing Institute, UKBlackTech, and local businesses, I aim to ensure our training prepares students for real-world opportunities and makes a positive impact on the local area.
