My role involves developing, reviewing, and maintaining a wide range of official content, including books, exams, training materials, & digital resources, to ensure it is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with evolving market demands and product strategy.I am a strong advocate for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product management, marketing & architecture teams to ensure content creation aligns with our product roadmaps and strategic vision. This collaborative approach helps us deliver impactful, consistent & relevant content for a global audience.In addition to content creation, I serve as a resource for the wider organization by conducting internal training sessions and webinars. I also represent the organization at external conferences and presentations, sharing my expertise and insights with the broader community.I also play a key role in expanding our network of experts by identifying and onboarding external Subject Matter Experts. This helps us strengthen our content contributions and maintain the integrity and value of the ITIL, DevOps, and PRINCE2 frameworks for professionals worldwide
