Richa Soni is a Corporate Lawyer, Research & Public Policy Enthusiast engaged in understanding, interpreting, and analyzing what law is; what law ought to be. She holds a PQE of 3+ years practicing at law firms on Lit/Arb matters and in advising corporates. She holds a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from HNLU (2014-19) and a LL.M.(2021-22) from School of Law, UPES. Always chasing the next big thing, Richa has also explored the domain of Fintech Services in India by engaging with a start-up based out of New Delhi, as well as an early age start-up with a goal of achieving automation in documentation of transactions. She is a Masters of Law with specialization in Corporate & Securities Law - wherein her indomitable spirit continued passion for research and to upskill her professional profile. As a matter of fact, she has completed her dissertation thesis by devising a multidisciplinary approach towards the socio-legal research on \'Mental Health At Corporate Workplaces in India\'.She is a Mental Health Advocate, relentless in her pursuit of inquisitiveness, learning new practices, bettering results, growing as a lawyer as much as a good human being.
