Richa holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and has a keen interest in the fields of Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, and Product Management. She was a member of the Placement Operations Committee at IIM Lucknow. Post IIM Lucknow, she has worked in Edelweiss for 1 year and 5 months wherein she has been in charge of the major sites of Edelweiss in Mumbai for their sale. She managed to generate revenue of INR 8 Crores uniquely during that period. After that, she worked as an Analyst in their Real Estate Finance Department.
