About Richa Sharma
I am a dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience in counselling, specializing in supporting adolescents, parents, and educators to navigate academic, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. My approach integrates Humanistic-Existential Therapy, Logotherapy, and Music Therapy, aiming to foster holistic growth and well-being. In addition to my counselling work, I have delivered hundreds of workshops and webinars on mental health and well-being for corporate, educational and community organisations. I curated a weekly series,\'Notes of Harmony\', on ManahLIVE, where I explored the intersection of music and mental health. With over 12 years of experience in the music industry, I bring expertise in composition, production, song writing, and live performances. I have collaborated with distinguished global artists, with songs and performed at major events, including the International Music Festival and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. Through my venture, MUKTIVERSE, I focus on revitalizing folk music and poetry, merging traditional elements with contemporary influences. I give talks and volunteer as a musician at Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Sri Ramana Kendra during their satsangs, further enriching my work with spiritual and community engagement. My current offering at my venture \"Swarsanskaar\" is to mentor young children in music, life skills, mental health and cultural values. Additionally, I have mentored Youth Leadership Programs and co-host The Bibliophile Family, a platform dedicated to book discussions and reviews, supporting mental health and cultural enrichment.
