Life is very much there, we just forget to live. Why does it happen? Are we so oblivious of ourselves that an external element is needed always to keep ourselves engaged? This has been a very important question in my life and I really stopped for some time to see what\'s happening to life. Is there a conflict between life and livelihood or is livelihood an expression of celebrating life? With time my understanding evolved and I started to see the beauty of life. This also is what I do in the sessions that I conduct. Remove conflict, make people fearless, help them know whats happening around. Whatever may be the industry, it\'s actually people, and every person undergoes almost the same psychological status which is exhibited outwardly in their jobs and life. Order outside can only be the result of order inside. As a life skill and a soft skill facilitator, I love working on minds and be the medium through which one can become an \"Individual\" which means \"indivisible\"- not torn up in fragments. And then there is real effectiveness, real motivation, that lasts forever.
