ABOUT RICHA SAHAI

I started my journey of being a trainer around 12 years back when I casually started working at a spoken English training center after my board exams, that\'s when I learnt the power of right training and the influence it can have on a learner. Ever since then I have landed in trainer role with all the organizations that I worked with. Given my interest in communications, I have worked in direct customer interaction roles during my stint at HCL, I energizer(partially as a CCP and then as a trainer) and my initial days at American Express. In my role as a trainer with American Express I have learnt a lot about process training, training delivery, driving results through effective training, stakeholder management, training need analysis, refresher training, creating great learning experience etc. I also learnt the skills imperative for people management like performance management, Coaching and feedback, Career discussion and planning etc. This role gave me an opportunity to work with various processes within the organization and help them deliver great results through creative training solutions. I also got opportunity to mentor new trainers. My efforts and inputs have been recognized by the organization\'s leadership at various occasions. I have completed my graduation and post graduation through correspondence from IGNOU and NMIMS distance learning respectively and to enhance my skills as a training professional, I have completed six sigma green belt and instructional designer certifications I am currently looking for new and challenging opportunities in training management roles.
