In my current role, I manage MRN invoice booking and evaluated receipt settlements (ERS) to ensure seamless accounts payable operations. By processing supplier invoices and generating MRN reports, I support accurate inventory and payment cycles. I streamlined the ERS process, reducing manual intervention and ensuring 100% accuracy in supplier settlements. Additionally, I oversee MDM customer creation, validating PAN, bank details, and addresses to maintain clean master data across ERP systems like Oracle. This role has strengthened my expertise in invoice processing, payment automation, and master data management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. My proactive reporting approach has improved inventory visibility and enhanced the reliability of financial records.
