As a Compliance Analyst at Ocube Services, I ensure that the companies in Meydan Free Zone comply with the AML and compliance policies, by conducting annual inspections, reviewing their UBO registry and financial statements, and performing EDD on the new applications. I also use World Check to screen the company and the shareholders for any risks or red flags. I have improved the performance of the compliance team by monitoring and measuring the KPIs and providing feedback and guidance.I have a BCom degree from St. Xavier\'s College, Ranchi, where I studied business and accounting. Prior to joining Ocube Services, I worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at BYJU\'S, where I converted leads, conducted home visits, and counselled parents and children on the benefits of our courses. I have achieved sales of around 50 Lakhs+, demonstrating my strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. I am passionate about learning and developing new skills related to AML supervision and compliance management.
