ABOUT RICHA KHATRI

As a Deputy Manager at Kotak Life, I am responsible for managing the global human resources management (HRM) functions of the company, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and performance management. I have over seven years of experience in HRM, administration, and invoice processing, working with diverse teams and clients across different countries and regions. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management, where I majored in Business Administration and Management. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Girls College Gurgaon, where I studied Human Resources Management and Services. I am passionate about improving the employee experience, enhancing the organizational culture, and facilitating the growth and development of the company and its people. I have strong skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
