Having a detailed understanding on the process in the areas of OB & DOM - Sales, Service Delivery2. Oversee, administer, and implement mapping of process & creation of SOP manual & SLAs3. Identify, evaluate, and Analyze the impact of non-compliance and share it with the Business Head4. Process review of multiple divisions across various businesses5. Responsible to assist process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process map/ flows6. Support the process organization to define meaningful process metrics7. Embed continuous improvement capabilities into different units by orchestrating specific process training to the team8. Participate to empower them to implement process improvements measures themselves9. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner10. Responsible to provide superior customer experience in each and every customer interaction.11. Hire, supervise/mentor team members to achieve process excellence and customer satisfaction.12. Ensuring timely collections from customers.15. Taking additional responsibility of sales from Time to time as assigned by line manager and regional head16. End to end selling from lead sourcing to closure – collections – visa – documentation17. Ensuring all sales processes are followed
