I\'ve been tinkering with PCs since I started college back in and enjoy a good IT challenge!My background before IT was in customer service, something most IT engineers don\'t have and something I believe all businesses should focus on.I\'ve been part of the Phase 4 team since late 2009 years and owned it with my wife since 2019. During that time we\'ve added new services and tweaked things to provide a good customer experience with top quality repairs at reasonable prices, with no over complicated techno jargon!
