I am a senior International Business student at Rollins College, with a passion for hospitality and operations. I am currently working as a Resort Ops & Experience Intern at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where I have been invited to continue my summer internship after its conclusion.In my internship, I have leveraged my advanced proficiency in Excel on a company-wide POS reorganization project, demonstrating strong analytical and critical-thinking skills that informed decisions to improve the overall guest experience across 120 worldwide resorts. I have also demonstrated independent thinking skills by proactively identifying operational challenges and recommending innovative solutions that were implemented. Additionally, I have developed my communication and problem-solving skills through working with guests from around the world, tracking and analyzing various data points for operational success, and have lead several operational reorganizational projects. I am motivated by learning from diverse perspectives and experiences, and I am eager to contribute to the success of the team and the organization.
