I’m a Sophomore double majoring in Finance and Real Estate with a clear goal of building a career in commercial real estate. I’m especially interested in how capital is structured, how deals are underwritten, and how risk and returns are evaluated across different property types. I enjoy breaking down deals, learning how leverage and market dynamics impact performance, and understanding how decisions made on paper translate into real outcomes. Outside the classroom, I stay involved in leadership and hands-on experiences that push me beyond theory, including financial analysis, market research, and large-scale fundraising, which have helped me develop a strong work ethic and take ownership in team settings. I’m someone who likes to learn by doing, ask questions, and continuously improve, and I’m always open to connecting with people in commercial real estate and related investment roles.
