As an engineering leader, I structure complex manufacturing and assembly operations and thrive in challenging situations necessitating innovation, grit, and persistence. Throughout my career at Ford, I have worked in casting process development, assembly systems, and digital systems, gaining a breadth of technical expertise while also traveling worldwide to set up new manufacturing sites. Recently, I led engineering teams to launch a large V8 engine line in Canada and small I3 engine lines in Mexico and China, exceeding goals for first time throughput, launch rate of climb, and more.A highlight of my career has been mentoring engineers across functional areas and engineering domains.
