About Rich Russo
I am a 20+ year pre-sales software consultant veteran with the energy and eagerness of a millennial. My work experience spans the early days of the PC market where I owned my own home town retail store while putting myself through college. I’ve worked in network management and support (Verizon) and was a prior Microsoft Certified Professional in Networking and Window Server and Desktop, but the bulk of my experience is 20+ years in a pre-sales software consultant role configuring and delivering enterprise software solutions to line of business managers up to the C suite. I work as part of a broader sales team on everything from deal strategy to customer discovery, demo prep and delivery, as well as post sale advocacy. I have a natural ability to quickly establish the confidence and trust of both customers and co-workers. At Oracle I was hand selected for many projects including being one of the first strategy/insiders instrumental in the launch of Oracle\'s new Learning module. I\'ve been brought into projects to help develop marketing messaging/strategy around Oracle\'s HCM suite, and I played a constant role as mentor/trainer.
