ABOUT RICH ROLFE CHARTEREDMCIPD

A Chartered MCIPD qualified Director of People & Performance, with 20 years’ experience across FMCG, SAP S/4HANA, Defence and Security, Maritime and Engineering Consultancy. I currently lead the People & Performance function, encompassing HR, Organisational Change Management and Communications, across the global Technology and Transformation function at TwiningsOvaltine. I bring to life my passion for putting people at the heart of what we do, through driving people centricity in our leadership, creating a great employee experience, embedding a culture for high performance, and a focus on designing and shaping our strategy and capabilities required in our future organisational design. I have operated for the last 10 years at strategic HR leadership level, in a variety of roles and organisations, with the last 7 years working internationally throughout Europe, India, Asia Pacific, South Africa and the Americas. During my career I have had the opportunity to work in some diverse and highly technical organisations, where I’m a qualified coach, have specialised in learning and development, talent management and obtained a broad generalist HR background. I pride myself on designing and delivering a high-quality HR service both personally and through my team to my stakeholders and client groups, to enable the delivery of organisational strategy.
