I am a Director of Brokerage Services for Cushman & Wakefield where I focus on Industrial and Office leasing primarily in Brooklyn and the Outer Boroughs. I specialize in both landlord and tenant representation. I\'m a tenacious and forward thinking broker advisor who has represented a vast array of clientele, from family office to institutional, non-profit and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, I was the Managing Director of CPEX’s Office and Industrial Investment Sales and Leasing Team. Prior to that, I had a successful 15-year career as a Line Producer for major television networks and production companies, including MTV, CBS, Spike TV and the History Channel, among others. Through these experiences I have built a diverse skill set that allows me to provide in-depth services for companies looking to acquire space, particularly in the Industrial and TAMI office sectors. I am a graduate of Fordham University in the Bronx, and currently lives on Long Island with my wife and two daughters.
