Rich is an adjunct professor with Fairleigh Dickinson\'s School of Administrative Science. Rich has taught a variety of classes, to include; Effective Risk Communication, Ethics and Leadership Development.Rich\'s successful experience as a supervisor, under some of the most dangerous circumstances, to include firearms combat, give him great insight into proper leadership scenarios. This acquired skill set is passed on to his students in a low stress, high absorption manner.
