About Rich Mazzola

Rich Mazzola is a Co-Founder and CFO at Project Medtech. He provides start-up, fundraising, and finance consulting services to early-stage and scaling companies. His focus is to remove the barriers most founders face from product launch to exit. As a start-up/finance consultant, Rich works with companies of all sizes to assist in strategic pivots during periods of accelerated growth and investment. Prior to launching Project Medtech and 72 Bit Ventures, Rich worked as the Director of Finance for a technology SaaS start-up and a start-up consultant in several CPA firms. Rich spent much of his time focused on accelerating growth in operations and finance. Rich also dedicated much of his time to strengthening relationships with investors, strategic partners, and non-dilutive sources.Rich graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor\'s in accounting. With his experience working with/in CPA firms and Startups, he understands the intrinsic value in a business and assists clients in maximizing their exit.
