I joined Law Debenture in 2006. I previously worked within our CDO administration business (Law Debenture Asset Backed Solutions Ltd) before switching to corporate services. Highly experienced in the administration and management of transactions across a wide range of structured products and asset classes. I have served as a managing director and director for various companies as well as on a number of the SPVs that we manage.Currently responsible for Law Debenture\'s Agency offering, comprising of Loan Agency (Facility Agent/Intercreditor Agent/Calculation Agent etc.) and Paying Agency (Paying Agent).
