I began in 1983 as a full-time residential agent, later serving as a Special Commissioner for the Maricopa County Court system, where I managed the sale of property in complex divorce proceedings.In 1998, I transitioned into franchise leadership with Realty Executives International, supporting owners with business consulting, training, and growth strategies. Over the next decade, I scaled operations across Southern California, doubling franchise territories while guiding compliance through the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC, now FDD). By 2006, I expanded into brokerage ownership, growing multiple offices before joining Intero Real Estate Services and ultimately HomeSmart.At HomeSmart, I first led California operations, expanding from 54 to 520+ agents, and today serve as Vice President of Corporate Brokerages, Western Region, overseeing more than agents across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. In addition, I am the Designated Broker for Arizona, leading the state’s largest brokerage of over agents.What drives me is simple: building agent-centric organizations, mentoring future leaders, and fostering cultures of professionalism, ethics, and success. My journey combines financial acumen, marketing expertise, and deep industry experience, but my focus has always remained on empowering agents and elevating the profession.
