On a daily basis I advise developers, contractors, landowners, built environment professionals and design teams from the pre-planning stage through to post construction on a range of environmental sustainability matters including BREEAM in order to ensure timely and cost-effective compliance with environmental objectives. I work with blue chip, FTSE100 companies and smaller developers, contractors and architects. I have a successful track record in helping clients find the most cost effective and deliverable solution to their environmental sustainability needs and to ensure compliance with planning conditions and planning policy. Internally I manage and am accountable for projects from inception to completion including client liaison, financial forecasting and control, professional reporting, supervision of junior staff, the allocation of resources and technical delivery.I am also a full member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences working towards becoming a Chartered Environmentalist.I am currently the co-chair of Business South Sustainability Action Group
