Serving as Senior Consultant, leveraging over 30 years of water resources experience, where I have coordinated and managed effective work groups to promote sustainable use of resources. I have experience managing multidisciplinary teams while applying collaborative processes to develop technical information. Prior to Woodard & Curran, I worked at the Colorado River Board of California as a Principal Water Resources Engineer, where I planned, led, organized, and directed the study and evaluation of the Colorado River water and power resources as they pertain to California’s interests. While at the Board I served as Technical Work Group Chair for the seven state Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum. Previously, I worked at the California Department of Water Resources as a Principal Water Resources Engineer, which included assignments supporting DWR\'s initial development of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act program and developing future planning scenarios for the 2009 and 2013 Updates of the California Water Plan. I assisted with initial development of DWR\'s CALSIM State Water Project - Central Valley Project model. I serve as an Associate Editor for the Environmental and Water Resources Institute, Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management.
