   Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the completion of a LNG/CNG support project including, project scope, cost estimates, budgeting, permitting, design, material procurement and inspection of field work. Provide direction to engineering design firm, construction contractor, consultants, Company engineers and specialists and the remainder of the project team. Manage and optimize the needed support resources from the Sempra Utilities, external service contractors and commodity suppliers. Responsible for development of work scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements. Direct, control, monitor and assist team members, Company employees and outside contractors, in the completion of their work. Coordinate input and participation with, various departments within the Company as needed to meet project objectives. Represent a single focal point for all technical, economic, political and regulatory activities for the assigned project. Develop design parameters for performance, safety and reliability requirements for projects. Analyze proposed designs for practicability and compatibility for overall project and existing systems, procedures. Review & analyze customer load data; develop load studies for project; perform engineering calculations to ensure that job requirements conform to company standards and Safety. Manage schedules and designs prepared by contractors to ensure compliance with company standards, safety orders, and governmental regulations, and ensure additions and modifications to gas facilities maintain system integrity. Manage the implementation and choreography necessary to effectively carry out successful mobilization, delivery, re-gasification, connection, purging, pressure monitoring, measurement and decommissioning of temporary gas delivery facilities throughout the combined Sempra Utilities Service Territories. Be informed of and communicate federal, state, and local regulations, which may affect company LNG/CNG support operations.
