For over 25 years, I have litigated IP cases nationwide, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters. I have tried several cases to favorable verdict, obtained significant final awards for clients in arbitration, and appeared and argued before state and federal appellate courts. Clients have ranged from Fortune 10 companies to startups. As a registered patent attorney, I have obtained favorable outcomes for both plaintiffs and defendants before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. I currently am the Co-Chair of Global Litigation at Morrison & Foerster. I previously led the firm\'s Intellectual Property practice (first as Co-Deputy Chair and then Co-Chair) for a decade. I also have served on the firm\'s hiring and associate evaluation committees since making partner in 2007.
